Susan Blume is the best! She has planned trips for us to Africa (our honeymoon), Europe and the Caribbean. She's helped with family trips to Disney in Florida and most recently our trip to Rome. She books hotels, provides advice about restaurants and she literally takes care of everything, we even got stuck once due to bad weather and she was able to reschedule my flights with no aggravation on my part. I cannot say enough good things about Susan - she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is always responsive to emails and you know you are in good hands.
Susan Blume and Personal Escape Travel are the best!. My two sisters and I decided to celebrate with two weeks in Paris. It was the first time for our youngest sister, at 60 plus. Susan was superb. She listened carefully to what we wanted, paid close attention to our budgets and still came up with the ideal trip. We wanted, and she found, separate studio apartments the same building. The Place D’Italoe, our base, was beautiful, with the spring blossoms in full bloom, excellent connections to all the major Metro lines and stations, and very handy for shopping and local meals in a variety of neighborhood bistros. Susan looked after us every step of the way, and was as kind as she is professional. Can’t wait to travel with her again!
I have traveled a few times with Personal Escape Travel. Sue is amazing. She walked me through the booking process and helped me determine what resort I wanted based on my preferences. Then, once at the resort, we had an unforeseeable issue with the night manager. I emailed Sue in the middle of the night, and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction before 7:30am! She also followed up with me to confirm that all was well. Full service doesn't even begin to cover how wonderful the quality of service is when using Personal Escape Travel. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I wished I had used the travel services of Mrs. Susan Blume at Personal Escape Travel FIRST for my honeymoon. Unfortunately, I didn’t and had a bunch of issues with my first honeymoon and was a very stressed and frazzled bride. I called Susan and asked if she could help me get out of the very expensive honeymoon that I felt pushed into by my first agent. Not only did Susan meet me on her day off, she walked me through canceling my original honeymoon with the first agent and re-booking another one. Anytime I had a question, she was always quick to email me back. When I had some minor issues with the resort while on my honeymoon, Susan was there to help. I was really blown away by the level of service I was given at Personal Escape Travel and mostly, how kind and helpful Susan Blume was and is. I would definitely recommend her to every bride!
