The governor of Hawaii just announced that starting July 8th that fully vaccinated guests no longer need a Covid test. You must have had your second shot and past your two weeks after your final shot to be consider fully vaccinated.
Also being lifted are capacity restrictions , the number of people allowed at social gatherings will increase from 10 to 25 indoors and from 25 to 75 outdoors. Restaurants will be able to operate at 75% capacity and will also now be permitted to host private parties of up to 25 guests indoors and 75 outdoors.
Masks are still required indoors and full restrictions won't be lifted until Hawaii has reached 70% of its population having been vaccinated.
