From house made vegan ice cream to amazing specialty dishes.

Palmaia House of AIA has something for everyone. Personally I am not a vegan so I admit that I had some apprehension when I first arrived on property, but Chef Eugenio and his staff quickly put those worries to rest. They only use the freshest ingredients and very farm to table, sustainable goodness.
I never had vegan ice cream before so I had no idea what to expect and it was wonderful.
The ice cream was made with whole fresh strawberries, gourmet coffee and Mexican Vanilla
and has a gelato consistency. The fish at the Mediterrean restaurant was outstanding as was the charcuterie board which is one of the many appetizer offered. Overall would be happy to go back to Palmaia and take the family as well.
