For Dominican Republic:
All visitors MUST complete an Electronic Form for entry and exit to the Dominican Republic. This from must be completed 72-48 hours prior to your arrival at https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/.
For Aruba:
You can fill in your Online ED Card application up to 7 days prior to your arrival.
You will receive an email that you need to show to the airlines in order to board your flight.
For St Lucia:
One form per family to be filled out no more than 3 days prior to arrival.
You will receive a QR Code that you will need to present upon arrival in St Lucia.
For Jamaica:
Everyone must fill out a form but only within 24 hours of arrival.
For St Kitts and Nevis:
Please use a valid email address when applying. You will receive and email that you will need to print or download a copy on to your phone to present to the customs officer upon arrival.
For Barbados:
Please make sure that you apply within 72 hours of arrival and keep the email confirmation with you when you are traveling.
For international flights please arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance even if you have checked in online and have a board pass.
