She has planned trips for us to Africa (our safari honeymoon), Europe and the Caribbean.
She's helped with family trips to Disney in Florida, Beaches Turks & Caicos and most recently our trip to Rome. She books hotels, provides advice about restaurants and she literally takes care of everything, we even got stuck once due to bad weather and she was able to reschedule my flights with no aggravation on my part. I have traveled a few times with Personal Escape Travel. Sue is amazing. She walked me through the booking process and helped me determine what resort I wanted based on my preferences. Then, once at the resort, we had an unforeseeable issue with the night manager. I emailed Sue in the middle of the night, and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction before 7:30am! She also followed up with me to confirm that all was well. Full service doesn't even begin to cover how wonderful the quality of service is when using Personal Escape Travel. Susan, our travel agent from Personal Escape Travel, was truly the only reason we made our multi-generational trip to Italy happen this Fall.
She was incredibly patient and responsive with the multitude of questions we had spanning the 10 months before actually booking the trip. Her communication was almost instantaneous, and she always hoped on the phone when it was an easier way to discuss certain questions. There was also a sense during the entire process that Susan genuinely cared about our family and the experience we had, which speaks to her as a person and how she runs her business. As a result, we felt the overall customer service went above and beyond what we could have hoped for.Susan provided incredible recommendations for hotels and excursions, all of which we were thrilled with, and which was no small feat considering we had an age range from 2 to 75 years old.
However, my husband and I fully credit Susan with how overjoyed our entire group was with the trip when we returned home. They couldn't stop raving about the excursions, the expertise of the guides, and the solid recommendations about hotels and food. I truly could go on.
