Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort true Sonoran Splendor

I was fortunate enough to be invited by the Luxury Travel Advisor’s ULTRA Summit 2023
which was held at the stunning Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort. Just a short drive from the Phoenix airport, it was very easy to get to. Set on 65 acres, the resort has so much to offer, all set in the magnificent desert of Arizona.
From the moment you arrive in Arizona is very different than what we on the East Coast are accustomed to; it presents a breathtaking array of colors and textures that are truly unique. As you step into this vast expanse, you are immediately struck by the stunning variations of red, brown, and green that paint the scenery. The rich, warm hues of the red rock formations and the deep browns of the earth contrast beautifully with the vibrant greens of the desert vegetation, creating a visual feast for the eyes. This landscape is characterized by its dry yet surprisingly lush environment, where arid conditions coexist with a diverse range of plant life. The unique climate of Arizona allows for the flourishing of various species, many of which are specifically adapted to thrive in such conditions. Among these are the iconic cacti, some of which tower impressively, reaching heights that surpass those of many homes in the area.
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is the perfect place to spend your days having multiple adventures. Golfers will love being on the PGA Tour WM Phoenix Open course. Those who are into adventure can explore beautiful hiking trails, national parks, Western villages, and horseback riding which are all within easy reach if you want to venture off the resort.
With 5 restaurants your next culinary adventure is just a few steps away and for those that like to indulge in cigars, they a very large humidor with lots of options. Fire pits and private outdoor seating areas are discreetly place so everyone has their privacy with fabulous mountain views.
Sunset Beach which feels like a resort within a resort, has over 800 tons of white sand with a giant splash area and cabanas that easily accommodate your group. Several other pools are located thru the property including an adult only pool and a rooftop pool located in the spa.
The 44,000 square foot spa and well- being center offers much more than your traditional treatments, it offers classes and the Sisley-Paris luxury skincare and body treatments.
